Instructions for the Hayter Art Caper’s REAL and LIVE Silent Auction!
There is a wide variety of artwork from Professional Gallery Artists, to mid-career and emerging artists to offerings from the students and participants in Maxtivity’s various arts programs.
MOST of the items and art are already up and live on the Auction site ready for you to plot and plan which items you wish to own and bid on. PLEASE NOTE: there is a special set of works going live the week leading up to the NYE Auction & Caper – including a most desirable artwork going live NYE Day!
You do not want to miss out on any of the experience – so take just a moment to get set-up for the full experience of the auction AND the game!
Go to the Givebutter auction page for the Hayter Art Caper. Click on the “Auction” tab
On the Auction page, click the blue “Register to Bid” button using the SAME eMail address as the one receiving this email.
Here you can view all the items in the auction – of course the beautiful art and photography – as well as a variety of arts and crafts baskets, Vacation Getaways, pet portraits and more.
Please do sign up for the auction for a DUAL PURPOSE:
- To bid on your favorite artworks and items, and
- There is game information in the listings, with important artworks being released the week leading to NYE, including one final work that goes live DURING THE EVENT!

If you are a New User registering for the auction, after you’ve filled out and submitted your registration, go to your inbox to retrieve the code that Givebutter sends to you to verify your email address.
Once you are inside you will have the opportunity to add a debit or credit card to the system so you are ready to bid on the work from now until the very last moment of the Silent Auction!
